Training Tips for a Multi Day Trek
Throughout the year we offer several Hiking getaways. Including long weekend escapes close to Sydney as well as global “Trekking Adventures”. These adventures are open to everyone, whether you are a member of the gym or the hiking team or you live interstate or overseas.
Our global adventures are boutique and designed for a small number of adventurers, where we venture to unique parts of the world aiming to hike to popular places via unique rare routes. Each trek has been designed with the traveller in mind; with hotel, trekking routes and unique experiences specially chosen to make this a trekking adventure of a lifetime.
For example, our trek to Machu Picchu, we take the High Salcantay pass, rarely traveller by most. On our last journey, we saw no other trekkers throughout the entire 6 days trek, until ofcourse we got to our last day leading into Machu Picchu.
We will create treks that will be inspiring and rewarding and are ones that you have asked for. If you have a small group interested in trekking, then we want to know about it and will try to create that for you.
Our aim is to ensure you are fit and healthy to experience the trek of a lifetime by preparing you physically and mentally for your adventure.

TREKFit programs ensures you complete your journey of lifetime healthy, proud and with a lasting sense of accomplishment. We will ensure you are mentally ready for the experience of a lifetime. Virtual TREKFit Preparation Packs will be offered for adventurers not based in Sydney, NSW.
Sonia is an experienced trekker, having climbed many high altitude mountains, including 4 of the seven Summits Aconcagua (6940m), Mt Kilimanjaro (5980m), Mt Kosciuszko (2420m) and Mt Elbrus (5450m) . She has also trekked to Mera Peak (6400m), Everest Base Camp& Kala Pattar (5550m), Mt Salcantay High pass (4980m) , trekked the famous Inca trail (4200m) , the beautiful Milford Track and most recently rocked climbed the Matterhorn to 4000m . From her experience and personalised training, she can prepare you for your next adventure.
TREKFit programs includes fitness training, trek training, back and pole guidance, what to include in that PACK and most important mental preparation for the challenging journey.
Virtual TREKFit programs are available, where we offer recommendations and advice on the appropriate fitness regime; and complete weekly checkins on status with regular SKYPE call to review program. We will create solutions based on your environment.
