GENTLEFit
Similar to FITAAA, these semi private 45min classes are specifically designed for our older clients or for those returning from injury or just starting their exercise journey. We focus on Balance, Mobility, and Strength. Studio only. Maximum 8 per class.
PILATESFit
45mins Matt PILATES Class offered by Alice from UNIIQUE. This is a wonderful complement to our strength classes. The main focus is on core and small muscle groups. Virtual ONLY.
YOGAFit
45-60mins YOGA Stretch Class offered by Meg from “The Yoga Deck “. Everyday we offer a different Yoga Style, ending the week with a relaxing Friday session. Virtual ONLY.
BOXFit
45min Boxing classes, offered to Women only with a maximum of 8 participants per class. Fast, and strong, these highly motivated classes are great for your Cardio burn for the week. BYO Gloves Preferable. STUDIO Only.
Personal Training
Each personal training session is designed specifically for each client, focusing on their personal goals and any injuries that may present. After your initial Complimentary assessment session we create a plan together on how you can get to where you want be, and stay there. We will consider exercise, nutrition and lifestyle to transform you into the New You.

Many of our classes are offered via Zoom – Virtual Live Fitness. You can also join these classes in the studio (numbers are limited)
Each class is designed based on the registered participants. Your fitness coach will lead the class as well as watch and correct your technique. You get the same technical dedication from your trainer as you would in a Face to Face class.
We aim to make the classes fun , yet challenging. All classes are set to music to get your motivated, and we encourage using Zoom at the end to catch up with other participants.

Download the Setup GuideMany of our clients would love to have a Personal Training session or two each week, but just can’t justify the time or money. So to help, we offer SMALL Group Classes. The maximum instudio class size is 8, and the class will always run if there are three participants… so we think of them as SEMI – PRIVATE Classes.
Being a small group, you get the same technical dedication from your trainer as you would in a Personal Training Session. We will modify your exercise if you arrive with any strains of injuries.
The other main benefit of the classes is we are a COMMUNITY. Everyone gets to be friends and we support and encourage each other’s fitness goals. Come and join the fun

Within the Studio is a wide range of dumbells, kettlebells, bars, medicine balls, TRX suspension cables and free weights along with treadmill and steppers. Intermixed with the resistance training, many of our clients take advantage of the specialised High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and our small group classes.
If you could live in a perfect world, we would recommend an equal blend Resistant , Cardio , Flexibility/ Core training and Endurance training each week.
